Testimonials

One of the main reasons that I want to become a professional truck driver is to be financially able to provide for my family and my future. I’m also tired of working at dead end jobs getting paid less for the amount of hours and experience that I’ve had over my fellow co-workers at the previous job experiences I’ve had. Thanks to Mr. P I can start working towards my goal and my future.

My uncle was a truck driver for years. That's what made me want to drive. When I started checking on the different driving schools, Mr. P had pretty much everything I wanted. The most important things were family owned, Christian based and home time. Those things meant a lot to me on my decisions. The training was very good. They went over everything you need to know and more for you to do a great job. I also looked at this as a career, not just another job. Thanks for giving me this chance tio show my skills.

Whe I was fifteen, I found the job that I knew I wanted, Truck driving. I loved the thought of being able to meet new people in new places and still be able to pay the bills.

I decided to start a career in truck driving after several years in the corporate world. I was tired of office politics and everything that goes along with it. The thought of not having someone breathing down my neck and being able to see the country is what made me decide to enter this trade.

I was in the market for a new job. I had been at my present job for 11 years and because of medical reasons had to leave. I had thought about truck driving years ago, but my jobs pay and benefits were just too good to leave. I knew at my age it would be difficult to just walk in somewhere and get a job. I had a friend going to Mr. P’s truck driving school and was always talking about it. There were always good comments about how they were family oriented. They treated you good and when you were on your own it could be good pay. I thought I could check out Mr. P, what could I lose? I did a little more research on the school, company and people. I have now joined in the Mr. P group. I am getting lots of good training from good people and I’m loving it.

I want to become a truck driver because I want a career where I can prove to my friends that even though I was messing around while was in school, I was still paying attention. Now I have a career to be able to provider for my wife.I can also pay all debts that I have and show myself that job hopping is not an option in life.

To become a truck driver is a lifetime commitment not only to yourself. It shows skills, determination, and the ability to travel the United States. That’s why I want to become a professional truck driver. It’s a career, not just a job.

I decided to start driving a straight truck in October 2006 after an unsuccessful try in the real estate business. I was on the road in over 17 states in the Southeastern part of the US. Traveling up and down the interstate is a real pleasure…its sure beats sitting in an office all day! Driving is not something I do because I must. I love driving!! Many people told me to pursue a Class A CDL and one day while on my way to Chicago I noticed a truck that advertised Mr. “P” Express on the back. I had previously contacted other companies before speaking with you over the phone. I was very impressed with your demeanor and you seemed really nice. Explaining the benefits of Mr. P’s home time was exactly what I wanted to hear. I have been in truck driving school now for the past few months and I have to say I love it. I will strongly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in seriously becoming a driver.

The reason I decided to become a truck driver is because since I turned 16 all my jobs have been involved with driving. I figured it was my calling, plus the trucks have always amazed me since I was a little kid. Also all the jobs I have had driving was the best I’m at. So I hope this is it, I am tired of switching jobs and losing money!
